1 Overdraft related fees are considered overdraft fees, returned item fees, negative account balance fees, or overdraft protection transfer fees.

3 All eligibility requirements below must be met to qualify for the Negative Balance Buffer:

  • Account must be opened for a minimum of 35 calendar days
  • Account must be funded and have a positive balance
  • A single direct deposit of at least $100 per month must be made for 2 consecutive months

For accounts that qualify for the Negative Balance Buffer and also have Overdraft Protection, Truist will use the Negative Balance Buffer first. If the account has neither, transactions that exceed the account balance will be declined or returned.

The Negative Balance Buffer is only available with Truist One Checking and allows clients to overdraw their account up to $100. Initial and ongoing eligibility requirements apply. If the Negative Balance Buffer is not available (and the account does not have Overdraft Protection), transactions that exceed the account balance will be declined or returned.

5 This discount is available to all Truist teammates who are classified as active, full-time, or regular part-time teammates after three months of service. Retirees and active teammates who are relocating to a new job within Truist are eligible immediately. Contractors are not eligible for this offer. Teammate must be an underwritten borrower on the loan. Mortgage must be a first-lien position on a primary residence, second home, or investment property. This offer may be modified or rescinded at any time without prior notice. Teammate Mortgage Discount cannot be combined with other relationship pricing discounts. Loan applications already in process before such modification or rescission will be honored on these terms. On applicable products, a recurring automatic payment of the new mortgage from a Truist checking, savings or money market account may entitle the borrower to an additional discount on the cost of the Mortgage. Please ask your Mortgage Specialist. For example, if you get a $200,000 mortgage, you’ll save $2,000 (1%). This discount can reduce your interest rate or be applied to your closing costs. Restrictions apply, ask a Mortgage Specialist for details.

6 Loan discount excludes the Truist ReadyNow Loan.

7 Your loan terms, including APR, may differ based on loan purpose, amount, term length, and your credit profile. Rate is quoted with AutoPay discount. AutoPay discount is only available prior to loan funding. Rates without AutoPay are 0.50% higher. If your application is approved, your credit profile will determine whether your loan will be unsecured or secured. Subject to credit approval. Conditions and limitations apply. Advertised rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Payment example: Monthly payments for a $10,000 loan at 3.49% APR with a term of 3 years would result in 36 monthly payments of $292.98. Maximum APR for a LightStream loan is 20.49%.
