Disclosure 2 Truist does not charge overdraft related fees on this product. Overdraft related fees are considered overdraft fees, returned item fees, negative account balance fees, or overdraft protection transfer fees. Transactions that exceed the account balance will typically be declined or returned.

Disclosure 3 Transfers will count towards the maximum number of six (6) withdrawals and transfers allowed per monthly statement cycle before a Withdrawal Limit Fee is incurred. $5 is assessed, regardless of balance, for each withdrawal over six with a maximum of six Withdrawal Limit Fees per statement cycle. The withdrawal limit fee applies, regardless of the balance, to all withdrawals and transfers made from a Truist personal savings and/or money market account including those made at a branch, ATM, by mail or through any electronic means. The only transaction not counted toward the monthly limit of six are bank initiated transactions and transactions required for legal reason.

Neither Truist nor Zelle® offers a protection program for payments that you authorize in Zelle®. Enrollment with Zelle® through Truist Online or Mobile banking is required. U.S. checking or savings account required to use Zelle®. Transactions typically occur in minutes when the recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number is already enrolled with Zelle®. To send and receive money with a small business, both parties must be enrolled in Zelle® directly through their financial institution's online or mobile banking experience. For more information, view the Truist Online and Mobile Banking Services Agreement. Your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply.

Disclosure 7 The monthly maintenance fee can be waived by meeting one of the following:

  • Making $500 or more in total deposits per statement cycle OR
  • Making 10 or more qualifying transactions per statement cycle. Qualifying transactions are these specific debits to your account: ATM withdrawals, ATM payments, ATM transfers, Debit Card payments (one time and recurring), Debit Card purchase transactions including PIN Point of Sale (POS), Debit Card signature-based purchases, and Zelle® payments. These transactions must be posted to your account during the statement cycle. Bank fees are not included. OR
  • Clients age 62 and older. Waiver for clients aged 62 and older requires that they are listed as the primary owner. OR
  • Students under the age of 25. Waiver for a student under the age of 25 requires that they are listed as the primary owner. The waiver is applied automatically at account opening and expires on the 25th birthdate of the student or their stated graduation date, whichever comes later. On this date, the account is subject to all applicable fees, including the Monthly Maintenance Fee unless at least one waiver criterion is satisfied.
