Disclosure 2 To qualify for this offer, clients must open a new Truist One Money Market Account. Clients with an existing Truist money market or who closed an MMA within 30 days of the new MMA account opening are not eligible.

Disclosure 3 Truist One Money Market Account interest tier earned is based on the following ledger balance tiers: Tier 1 – $999.99 or less; Tier 2 – $1,000 to $9,999.99; Tier 3 –$10,000 to $49,999.99; Tier 4 – $50,000 to $99,999.99; Tier 5 – $100,000 to $249,999.99; Tier 6 – $250,000 or more. For accounts eligible for this promotion, the variable interest rate is 4.40% and the variable Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is 4.50% for Tiers 1–6. The standard interest rate and APY are both 0.01% for Tiers 1–6. At the Bank’s discretion, the variable interest rate and APY may change to our standard interest rate and APY at any time. The interest rates and APYs are accurate as of 05/20/2024 and are subject to change without notice at any time, including after the account is opened. Maintenance and service fees apply. Money market accounts closed before the end of the interest-payment period forfeit all interest earned that period. To avoid this loss of interest, you must keep a balance in the account until interest is paid. Fees may reduce earnings.

Disclosure 4 Waive the $12 monthly maintenance fee by maintaining a minimum daily ledger balance of $1,000 or more. Daily ledger is the actual balance in your account on a specific day, and does not reflect any holds or pending transaction.

Disclosure 5 A $15 is assessed, regardless of balance, for each withdrawal over six with a maximum of six Withdrawal Limit Fees per statement cycle. The Withdrawal Limit Fee applies, regardless of the balance, to all withdrawals and transfers made from a Truist personal money market account including those made at a branch, ATM, by mail or through any electronic means. The only transaction not counted toward the monthly limit of six are bank initiated transactions and transactions required for legal reason.
