Paulette Callas

Managing Director Wealth Advisor

Paulette Callas is a Senior Wealth Advisor at Truist Wealth in the Greater Philadelphia area. She works closely with multi-generational families, business owners, and institutional leaders to determine objectives and create customized, multi-faceted strategies that evolve with her clients’ changing needs. She has more than 30 years of banking and advisory experience, across multiple areas of banking, and has developed a broad understanding of the financial industry from the perspective of private and institutional clients. Paulette has decades of experience building and leading diverse teams of seasoned professionals who collaborate to deliver integrated investing, planning, trust, lending, and philanthropic needs. 

Before joining Truist Wealth, Paulette spent six years as a Private Client Advisor and Institutional Client Advisor at Bank of America, managing complex relationships with families, business owners and foundations. Before that, she spent 25 years at Wells Fargo and predecessor banks, most recently as a Senior Relationship Manager, overseeing relationships with privately held businesses in various industries, universities, museums and foundations. During that time, she managed Wells Fargo’s Commercial Women’s Market Growth Initiative in Pennsylvania and Delaware. She also served 15 years in the Global Financial Institutions Group of First Union and Wachovia National Banks in senior roles across the Americas and Asia, including three years managing the Manila Representative Office in the Philippines. 

Paulette earned her B.A. in Business Administration and Philosophy at Rosemont College and her M.B.A. at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She is active in the community and has served on the Corporate Executive Board of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia.
