A proud native of the Tampa Bay area, Karrington has strong ties to his community. He actively volunteers with Men of Vision, Inc., a youth mentorship organization he’s been passionate about since high school, where he served as President. During college, Karrington continued his focus on leadership and service as a member of the Theta Eta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and Progressive Black Men, Inc. Through these organizations, he has dedicated himself to creating opportunities for mentorship and personal growth. Outside of work, Karrington enjoys spending time watching movies, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and being an uncle to his niece and nephew.
