Head of IAG Advisor Engagement and Sustainable Investing

Colleen leads Truist Wealth’s Investment Advisory Group advisor engagement. In this role, she seeks to maximize the effectiveness of IAG’s investment advice and solutions for advisors across the wealth organization. Colleen has led Truist Wealth’s sustainable investing practice since 2022, working to fortify research best practices, investment solutions, and client engagement in this area.

Experience

Colleen has 16 years of experience providing investment advisory solutions. Prior to joining Truist, Colleen spent two years as co-lead of the sustainable investing business at a private wealth manager, focusing on client engagement and cross-functional initiatives. In that role, she developed portfolio management tools needed to bring clients from exploration to implementation of their values through multiple sustainable investing tools. Colleen also led the development and execution of the company’s initial shareholder engagement client offering.

During her time in the industry, Colleen has worked as a portfolio manager, providing comprehensive investment solutions and advice to high-net-worth individuals and foundations, and in various investment research, portfolio construction, and manager diligence roles.
