Erica spent most of her childhood overseas in Central and South America, and is a graduate of St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas. She's married with two children and, as a family, they enjoy spending time at the beach, traveling, and being outdoors. She's very involved in her children's education and serves as the president of their school advisor board.
