Background

Samantha is a Wealth Advisor with Truist Wealth in the Boca Raton, FL office, with 29 years of experience assisting senior executives and other affluent individuals with financial and wealth management services, including comprehensive financial and estate planning.

Samantha manages the private wealth relationships of clients with the most complex investment, lending, and trust and estate needs.  She offers the highest level of personal service in the areas of banking, credit, trust and estate planning, and asset management. She finds that being a client advocate and taking an exceptionally creative and customized approach allows her to develop a strong understanding and help achieve the goals of her clients’ financial, family, and philanthropic needs.

Samantha began her career at Deloitte & Touche LLP in New York as a tax manager in the Tri State Financial Counseling Services practice and passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam.  She has worked with various clients in regard to charitable giving techniques and has experience in the areas of individual and fiduciary income taxation.

Samantha earned her Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Graduate Trust School. She has also been recognized by Barron's* as one of America's Top 100 Women Financial Advisors in 2023.

She is also a member of the Professional Advisory Council for the George Snow Scholarship Fund.  Past Board Memberships include:  The Junior League of Boca Raton (President), the Junior League of Boca Raton Endowment Board, Boca Raton Historical Society, Florence Fuller Child Development Center, and the Palm Beach County Literacy Coalition Advisory Board.

Samantha is married and has a son and a daughter in college. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, boating, and spending time with family and friends.

My name is Samantha Vassallo and I’m a Senior Wealth Advisor in Boca Raton, Florida. I started my career as a Tax Manager at Deloitte in New York City, focusing on assisting partners at large private equity firms with their IPO planning as well as providing comprehensive tax and estate planning advice. So, it was a natural transition for me to move into wealth management when I relocated to Boca Raton in 1999. Although many of my clients reside in South Florida, I have clients throughout the United States. I’m passionate about working with multi-generational families, and truly enjoy understanding the dynamics of each family I work with. Many of my clients have complex investment, credit, and trust needs, so my team and I offer our clients the highest level of personal service. I find that by being an advocate for my clients and taking an exceptionally creative and customized approach, I can better understand their purpose and can help them to achieve their financial, family, and philanthropic goals. I’m very involved in the community, and have sat on numerous non-profit boards, including serving as a past president of the Junior League of Boca Raton. When I’m not working with my clients, I enjoy traveling, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
