Disclosure 1 This offer is non-transferable. The recipient of this special offer must be the Primary Applicant and/or Primary Account owner. This offer can only be used for a personal account and not for the use of a Personal Trust, Escrow, Estate or other like account. The Truist One Money Market Account requires a $50 minimum opening deposit. Truist One Money Market Account interest tier earned is based on the following ledger balance tiers: Tier 1 – $999.99 or less; Tier 2 –$1,000 to $9,999.99; Tier 3 – $10,000 to $49,999.99; Tier 4 – $50,000 to $99,999.99; Tier 5 – $100,000 to $249,999.99; Tier 6 – $250,000 or more. For accounts eligible for this promotion, the variable interest rate is 4.88% and the variable Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is 5.00% for Tiers 1–6. The standard interest rate and APY are both 0.01% for Tiers 1–6. The interest rates and APYs are accurate as of 05/15/2024. At the Bank’s discretion, the variable interest rate and APY may change to our standard interest rate and APY at any time, including after the account is opened. Money market accounts closed before the end of the interest-payment period forfeit all interest earned that period. To avoid this loss of interest, you must keep a balance in the account until interest is paid.

Disclosure 3 To qualify for this offer, clients can open a new Truist One Money Market Account in Texas, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania at a Truist branch, or for online account opening, primary applicant’s physical address must be in Texas, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania. Clients with any existing Truist money market account (MMA) or who closed an MMA within 30 days of the new MMA account opening are not eligible. Your new Money Market Account could initially earn a rate lower than 5.00% APY. However, within 10 calendar days of account opening, your eligible account will automatically upgrade to the 5.00% APY rate.

Disclosure 4 A withdrawal limit fee of $15 per withdrawal over six applies, with a maximum of six withdrawal limit fees per statement cycle. The withdrawal limit fee applies, regardless of the balance, to all withdrawals and transfers made from a Truist personal savings and/or money market account, including those made at a branch, ATM, by mail, or through any electronic means.

Disclosure 5 Maintenance and service fees apply. The $12 monthly maintenance fee can be waived by maintaining a minimum daily ledger balance of $1,000 or more. Daily ledger is the actual balance in your account on a specific day and does not reflect any holds or pending transactions. Money market accounts closed before the end of the interest-payment period forfeit all interest earned that period. To avoid this loss of interest, you must keep a balance in the account until interest is paid. Fees may reduce earnings.
