TRUiST Announces New Chief Financial Officer, Berry Sethi

Washington, DC - (July 7, 2009) – Truist, the leading provider of global philanthropy solutions, announced Berry Sethi as its Chief Financial Officer.   Mr. Sethi previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Predictive Systems, Inc., where he was an instrumental force in that organization’s evolution from startup to a public company. Upon his first engagement in his new role with Truist, Sethi stated, “I am excited about the opportunity and look forward to working closely with the management team.”
